1. I recommend using two rounded tablespoons of ground coffee for each six ounces of water.

  2. It's important to always use fresh water,after all, it's 98% of each cup.

  3. Use the proper grind for your coffee maker:

    A. Coarse -plunger pots, percolator

    B. Medium - most flat bottom, auto drip coffee makers

    C. Fine - cone-shaped filter makers

    D. Espresso - powder fine; for espresso machines


  4. Store your coffee in an airtight container, and keep in a cool dark place.  Use within 2 weeks.

  5. Whole bean coffee stays fresher, longer.

  6. I do not recommend refrigeration or freezing, as moisture condensation can cause flavor loss
